Complete papers are required to be reviewed. The expected types of submissions are: Full Paper, Short Paper, Best Practices, and Posters / Demonstrations.
  2. Make sure you have all the necessary information before beginning the submission process, as this will save you time and frustration, and also help assure error-free processing of your proposal.
  3. To ensure that CEFWA can communicate relevant information to all presenters, please provide names, institutions (if any), and e-mail addresses for all co-presenters. If this information is not available at the time of submission or if one of the co-presenters' information changes after the submission, the key presenter will be expected to update the co-presenter's information as soon as possible.
  4. After the proposal has been accepted, CEFWA will notify the key presenter to confirm participation by pre-registering for the conference. Once the key presenter has registered, the session will be scheduled and CEFWA make the session time available on the web site. Each key presenter will be notified as to the date and time of their scheduled presentation.
  5. All conference presenters must register for the convention. Presenters who have not pre-registered by January 20th, 2010 will not be included in the convention programme and their accepted abstract and full papers will not be included in the conference proceedings. Acceptance of a proposal for presentation does not imply a waiver of convention registration fees, and each individual is responsible for his/her own registration fees.
  6. Multiple proposal submissions are allowed; however, it should be emphasised that no more than two concurrent session presentations with the same key presenter ca be accepted for the conference. Proposal changes beyond what is allowed in the review process need to be approved by the Conference Planner.
